1. DESIGN PACKAGE SALES are available during stated promotion period only. Purchases are tracked by IC name & IC number. Available while stocks last on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. SALES are non-transferable and not applicable for 0% installment plans.

3. Pay 50% of the sales price to lock the price during the promotion period and pay the remaining 50% later when designing phase commerce .

 

4. DESIGN PACKAGES vouchers are to be redeemed before 31st December 2021. There is no limit to how many sales vouchers each customer can purchase but limit to only 10 customers per package.

5. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotions. Available for all projects in Malaysia only.

6. The Money Back Guarantee cash refunds for the sales will be given within 14 days from the purchase date in case change of mind.
