1. Provide building layout by client or on site measurement by our team.

2.Concept, style, budget communication and discussion with client.

4. Signed a formal contract documents ( Design contract / consultation contract / Design & Build Contract / Project Coordinate Contract)

5. Figure discuss construction material selection and details amendment and calculate estimated cost to avoid exceeding budget.

6. Prepare finalized design drawing that to indicating the finished appearence and functional operation.

7. Tabulate project schedule and prepare Bills of Quality (BQ) for Client's approval.

8. Monitor construction progress and quality of works to protect Client against deviations or deficiencies in the work of many Contractors.

9. Delivery of complete project.
